Those who like dub, trip-hop, dubstep and jungle should take a look at this band from Nancy (France) who has been playing around Europe since 2006.
DUB IN VO was originally formed by five musicians influenced by the French "novodub"movement. They sold 500 copies of their first lp, featuring Dubmatix (Canada)
on one track. In 2008, they released an album, featuring renowned artists such as Marcus Urani (Groundation), Charly Sy (Sayag Jazz Machine), and Rudy (JMPZ), which was produced by DBDC and distributed by Mosaic. They sold 1000 copies in one year and half.
In early 2010, there were changes in the line-up. The band is now composed of four musicians : Toma Copier (Drums), Ben Cahen (Bass), Digital Garden (Machines) and Alx (Samples & Fx). A sound-system line-up, Digital Garden & Alx , debuted in August 2010 at the Glaz-Art in Paris, for the Dub Invasion event.
