Music fan since he was a kid, Jean Gamet has tried it all : writer, composer, keyboardist, drummer, arranger, etc...
In the late 70's after years of touring with his « rock'n'roll brothers », he starts writing his own songs, all marked by the experience he'd acquired so far. Jean's music is passionate : soft and smiling with well crafted lyrics and a nostalgic voice.
His 80/90 leavesus some nice pieces of work like « Aix-en-Provence », « Sunset » and « Le long du Garde-fou » (France Inter Award 1981) all played on multiple FM radios.
Nowadays owner of the renowned Hacienda studios, he keeps smiling, his passion as intact as before with an everlasting teenager taste for new experiences.
